Something wrong with an exercise in particular? You can let us know at all times. After completing each exercise, you will be asked to provide feedback. In case anything didn't go as planned, you can record a short audio message to elaborate on the issue, so that your coach can help you or make any necessary adjustments to your training plan.
Mood check-in at the end of each workout Getting and staying motivated is crucial for exercising. We consistently encourage you to share your session experiences with us after your workout. If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to elaborate on them, and your coach will promptly receive the information.
